what if ignition failure with sample burnt completely?

When software show ignition failure, and check the sample burnt completely. 1. Click “Diagnostic ” into hardware debugging, you can find the temperature of sensor, then you touch sensor by hand, check temperature increase or not. If not, temperature sensor is broken; if yes, check the stir. 2. Open balance valve, let water fill full of bucket, then close the cover but not complete to make sure you can see the stick of stir, click “stirring” in hardware debugging, check it works or not. If not, the stir component is broken; if yes, maybe water in bucket is not enough during analysis.
